Job Summary

Serve as an Assistant Girls Swim Coach.

Complete coaching duties as assigned by the Varsity head coach

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Support Head Coachs vision for the program
  2. Provide positive leadership for all levels of program
  3. Communicate with all stakeholders of the program.
  4. Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
  5. Commitment to all around success of West High
