A fast-paced high-volume quick service food concept is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead a strong guest-focused team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily shop operations to ensure fast accurate and high-quality guest service
• Lead shifts by coaching and supporting team members on the floor
• Assist with scheduling labor management and daily staffing needs
• Help maintain food quality portioning and brand standards
• Ensure cleanliness food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Assist with cash handling register accuracy and end-of-day procedures
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and consistency
• Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Support inventory counts product ordering and waste control

Qualifications:

• Positive team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Prior experience in food service retail or hospitality leadership preferred
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead from the floor
