Assistant General Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our fast-paced trampoline park team in Odessa TX. This leadership role helps oversee daily operations staff performance and guest satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in maintaining a safe fun and high-energy environment for our guests.

The ideal candidate is bilingual highly organized and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager with daily park operations

• Manage staffing schedules and support hiring needs

• Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service

• Greet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitors

• Monitor Park safety and operational standards

• Assist with inventory management and supply orders

• Help maintain a clean organized and efficient facility

• Step in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as needed

• Pay will be based on job expierence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Must be available to work weekends

• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
