Are you a retail leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results As our new Assistant General Manager you will support store operations develop high-performing teams and help grow one of our world-class brands. You will work closely with the General Manager and retail associates to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining outstanding service standards.

• Drive store performance by supporting sales profit and business development goals.
• Coach develop and hold retail team members accountable for customer service merchandising and product knowledge standards.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling labor management and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store systems and facilities to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Track progress against store objectives and collaborate with the General Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support bar operations and provide hands-on customer engagement throughout the store when required.

• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data manage priorities and coordinate store operations effectively.
• Strong organizational leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of cigars or the cigar industry is an advantage but not required.
