Assistant General Manager – Fast-Casual Restaurant Group

You will play a vital role in maintaining the restaurants high standards of quality and service while leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $55000 - $65000 annually along with benefits and opportunities for career advancement in the exciting restaurant industry.

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations and management of the restaurant
• Lead motivate and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor and manage inventory and ordering processes
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales
• Analyze financial reports and assist in budget management

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
