What Youll Do

• Assist the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Inspire coach and develop front-of-house managers and hourly team members.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
• Support hiring onboarding training scheduling and performance management.
• Partner with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor labor food and beverage costs while driving profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards health regulations and alcohol service requirements.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Help execute special events banquets and hotel Food & Beverage initiatives.
• Step into the General Managers role as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of restaurant or hotel management experience including leadership at the Assistant General Manager Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager level.
• Strong background in upscale dining hotels resorts or high-volume hospitality operations.
• Well-rounded knowledge of both restaurant and bar operations.
• Experience managing financial performance labor inventory and cost controls.
• Proven ability to recruit train motivate and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
