Job Summary
The Courtyard by Marriott in Bethlehem Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations managing staff and ensuring memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and the General Manager in daily operations of the hotel ensuring smooth service and customer training including safety training and standard operation procedures to all deprtment personnel as directed by interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong shift management activities ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively during peak with the General Manager on budgeting financial planning and cost control a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership experience in hotel customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality years of college or vocational training in Hospitality or an equivalent program with a minimum of three years experience including one year in a supervisory skills - Word processing and spreadsheet functionsFull time full benefit package to include medical dental life insurance 401(k) with match voluntary screening required ability to work in United Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:management: 3 years (Preferred)
