Were looking for an Assistant General Manager who is ready to lead with heart hustle and a splash of fun!
As Assistant GM youll be the right hand to our leadership teambringing structure energy and encouragement to both staff and families. This role is perfect for someone whos fun outgoing assertive ambitious energetic and a natural self-starter. Youll thrive in a space where you can take initiative create solutions and motivate others while keeping things upbeat and on track.
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure seamless positive customer experiences
- Assist with hiring onboarding and managing team members
- Set the tone: lead with energy kindness and accountability
- Communicate confidently and professionally with staff and families
- Oversee facility cleanliness supply inventory and daily task completion
- Help resolve customer questions or concerns with confidence and care
- Track and report on attendance payroll and performance trends
- Step in as needed to coach train or provide extra support where needed
- Foster a team culture thats upbeat motivated and mission-aligned
- A fun energetic leader who lifts up those around you
- Motivated and ambitious always looking for ways to grow and improve
- Assertive and confident especially when handling decisions or conflict
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage many moving parts
- Skilled in customer service with excellent communication and organization
- Familiarity with swim schools recreation education or team leadership is a major plus
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of our full-time team
- Status: Full-Time Exempt
- Salary Range: $30000$40000 annually (based on experience)
