Chicago Marriott Northwest is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support overall hotel operations and assist the General Manager in leading daily operations guest service team management and brand compliance.

Requirements:
Marriott full-service hotel experience required
Strong leadership and hotel operations background
Excellent communication problem-solving and team management skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Bachelors degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
510 years of hospitality industry experience required
Minimum 34 years of experience as Assistant General Manager Executive Assistant Manager or similar leadership role preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations
Supervise department heads and ensure operational standards are maintained
Monitor guest satisfaction online reviews and service recovery processes
Support hiring training scheduling and employee performance management
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards SOPs and hotel policies
Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and FF&E conditions
Support budgeting audits inventory control and business planning
Coordinate with sales teams for corporate business opportunities and guest relations
Provide leadership guidance and operational support across all hotel departments
Maintain strong communication with ownership management and hotel staff
