Assistant General Manager (AGM)

We are seeking a dynamic hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead operations at our high-volume quick-service location in College Station. If you have a passion for building great teams delivering legendary customer service and driving financial success we want to hear from you!

• Maintain a calm positive demeanor during peak rush hours setting the tone for the entire team.
• Train coach and hold team members accountable to ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
• Plan delegate and manage daily store operations ensuring optimal staffing levels and smooth workflows.
• Conduct regular performance assessments provide constructive feedback and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Utilize management tools and financial reports to identify trends track performance and implement strategic action plans for improvement.

• 3 to 5 years of proven management or leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including nights and weekends (average 4245 hour work week).
• Strong interpersonal communication problem-solving team-building and organizational skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
