Assistant Food Service Supervisor

Position Introduction:

Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. This position oversees the daily operations of an assigned food service area ensuring high standards of food quality safety and customer satisfaction while supporting an efficient and welcoming dining experience.

The successful candidate will supervise food preparation and service monitor inventory and supplies maintain compliance with university and health regulations and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role also assists with menu planning cash handling oversight facility operations and resolving customer concerns while maintaining accurate operational records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school.
• 36 months experience in food services to include 12 months in a supervisory role.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

• ServSafe Certification
• Sanitation Certification may be required upon employment
