Pay Rate/Range:$18/hr DOE
Description: The Assistant Financial Center Manager works directly with the Financial Center Manager to achieve location and bank goals through collaboration team building individual cross-selling and relationship building. Responsible for mentoring and coaching staff in all aspects of their job.
Job Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED previous cash handling experience and two to four years of retail sales/customer service experience or one year of previous relationship banking experience. Consumer lending experience is preferred.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am to noon.
