Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Provide direct facility support services for the ACC/A6 campus assisting with maintenance escort duties and general building operations. This is a hands-on non-supervisory role operating within SCI and non-SCI environments supporting daily facility functionality and contractor access requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform Tier-1 maintenance tasks including minor repairs furniture assembly/movement and basic facility upkeep.
Escort uncleared cleaning and maintenance personnel in accordance with SCI security requirements.
Assist in coordinating daily escort schedules and facility access support.
Support facility cleanliness and appearance standards across all buildings.
Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues and safety concerns.
Assist in preparing work order requests and documenting facility issues.
Support weather-related facility preparation (e.g. ice mitigation entryway safety).
Place and remove signage as directed (e.g. DV/VIP parking).
Maintain tools equipment and supplies in an organized and ready state.
Ensure immediate grounds and entryways are free of debris and hazards.
Follow all OSHA safety requirements and established procedures.
Perform other facility-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
1 year of experience in facilities support maintenance or similar hands-on role.
Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and techniques.
Ability to follow SCI escort procedures and security protocols (training provided if needed).
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting moving equipment working indoors/outdoors).
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3 years of related work experience.

Pay Range:
