Position: Assistant Director

- Respond to enrollment inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and conduct tours for prospective families.
- Improve tour-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Follow up with leads and build strong family relationships.
- Support daily center operations staffing and classroom coverage.
- Maintain licensing compliance and safety standards.
- Ensure classrooms and common areas remain organized clean and tour-ready.
- Conduct regular center walkthroughs and address operational issues proactively.
- Coach and support teachers and staff.
- Assist with hiring onboarding training and performance management.
- Promote accountability professionalism and high-quality classroom practices.
- Create staff schedules that maintain ratio compliance.
- Monitor labor efficiency and classroom coverage.
- Oversee cleaning procedures inventory and maintenance needs.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in childcare preschool or early childhood education.
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with children families and teaching staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous Assistant Director Program Coordinator or Center Leadership experience.
- Proven success converting tours into enrollments.
- Knowledge of Nebraska childcare licensing regulations.
- Experience with scheduling and labor management.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
