GENERAL PURPOSE
The Assistant Director will coordinate clinical externships conduct site visits assist the clinical director with administrative responsibilities necessary for accreditation and provide clinical education.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical Coordination - Coordination of external placements encompasses student meetings and site visits communication with existing and potential sites and supervisors documentation and record keeping.
- Clinical Education - Provision of student clinical education currently provided by adjunct faculty.
- Administrative responsibilities to support the clinic director.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- New York State License and current registration in speech-Language Pathology
- 5 to 8 years of work related experience including supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word)
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT
- Daily contact requiring courtesy discretion and sound judgment.
SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge skills and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $70000 to $75000. This annual salary represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
