Job Summary

Location: In-person between all offices Jenkintown/North Philly/Huntington Valley

Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Operations will serve as a critical leader in strengthening and centralizing staffing compliance and growth operations across the organization.

This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient staffing processes regulatory compliance and scalable growthparticularly supporting expansion on the Angels on Call (AOC) side.

This position will build a stronger operational foundation by overseeing staffing strategy developing team capabilities and enhancing relationships across care coordination functions.


Key Responsibilities

Staffing Operations Leadership

  • Own and oversee the full staffing function ensuring optimal caregiver-client match and coverage

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency responsiveness and quality

  • Partner closely with Karina and the Scheduling team to align daily operations with strategic goals

Team Development & Support

  • Build coach and support Staffing Coordinators to enhance performance and accountability

  • Establish best practices training frameworks and performance standards for the staffing team

  • Foster a collaborative high-performing team environment focused on service excellence

Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Oversee DCW (Direct Care Worker) orientation and onboarding processes

  • Support expansion of the caregiver pool to meet current and future demand

  • Ensure onboarding processes are efficient compliant and deliver a strong first experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Coordinators to ensure alignment and continuity of care

  • Serve as a key operational liaison across departments to support seamless service delivery

Growth & Special Initiatives

  • Support growth initiatives with a primary focus on scaling the Angels on Call (AOC) service line

  • Identify opportunities to expand capacity improve service delivery and support business development goals

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Assist with audits and compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements

  • Maintain documentation standards and support continuous readiness for internal and external reviews

Reporting & Operational Insights

  • Support reporting data tracking and analysis to inform operational decisions

  • Provide insights into staffing trends capacity planning and performance metrics
