Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Duties: The Assistant Director will coordinate aspects of nursing including but not limited to infection control pharmacy laboratory quality assurance medical records and staff education. You will contribute to ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Assistant Director of Nursing Services supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Prefer current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Or Licensed Psych Tech (LPT).
- CPR and first aid certified.
- BSN or masters degree preferred.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Meet all applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR NANDA psychosocial PSR and recovery principles.

The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope empowerment community/natural support inclusion and realized potential in each client as well as psychiatric stabilization.
