Assistant Director of Nursing- Long Term Care
Rate: $38 - $40/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday (days)

Harris Hill Nursing Facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced ADON of Long-Term Care to join our dynamic healthcare this role you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our Long-Term Care residents while leading and mentoring our dedicated nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision of long-term units.
• Manage tasks assigned by the Director of Nursing
• Assist in planning organizing and directing nursing services to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Provide leadership supervision and training for nursing staff to foster professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Oversee clinical operations including care plans quality assurance and infection control programs.
• Conduct performance evaluations staff development programs and team-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and resident outcomes.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
