Assistant Director of Nursing

Established organization is seeking a dedicated nursing leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing for our OPWDD-certified residential programs coordinating and overseeing nursing practices across our agency.

Your Impact

• Develop nursing objectives policies and procedures
• Establish and improve our Nursing Quality Assurance Plan
• Maintain compliance with care standards and regulations
• Implement ICF and IRA regulations
• Participate in management meetings and team conferences
• Provide healthcare consultation and emergency nursing coverage

Leadership Role

Youll guide a team of Registered Nurses Licensed Practical Nurses Nursing Supervisors and AMAP staff fostering a culture of excellence through mentoring collaboration and accountability.

• NYS Registered Nurse license
• BSN or Masters degree in Nursing
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• OPWDD experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $95000-$105000
• 4 weeks vacation
