Assistant Director, New York

There are Assistant Director positions for Outreach and Case Management. Each position supports housing placement operations with a focus on engaging and servicing individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness and connecting them to transitional and permanent housing.

These role works closely with internal leadership outreach teams public agencies and community partners to ensure effective service delivery. Responsibilities include oversight of outreach strategies emergency response coordination and staff supervision. The position also supports implementation of evidence-based practices such as Housing First and Harm Reduction.

The schedule is primarily weekday business hours with flexibility required to support 24/7 operations emergencies and special initiatives.

Compensation

• Salary range: $75000 $82000 annually
