ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FINANCIAL OPERATIONSAND PROCUREMENT Campus Services & Stewardship (CSS)leads financial operations across CSS overseeing the buy-to-pay (B2P) lifecycle and payroll coordinationwithin a complex decentralized environment; ensures accurate compliant and efficient execution of high-volume financial transactions while strengthening internal controls and aligning operations with Institute policies and funding requirements; designs standardizes and continuously improves financial workflows with a focus on scalability data integrity and operational effectiveness; supports ERP implementation; hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight process design and team management to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of CSS financial operations.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field; a minimum often years of progressive experience in financial operations procurement payroll coordination or high-volume transactional environments; strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes payroll operations and financial workflows; experience with ERP systems (SAP Coupa or similar) and process implementation; strong analytical problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to design document and improve end-to-end financial processes; excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across functions. PREFERRED: Experience in higher education or large decentralized organizations.
Position has a hybrid schedule: at least 2 days on-site.
