Arminta St. Sun Valley CA 91352Setting: 100% OnsiteSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmStatus:Full-time/Exempt/ManagementBenefits:Medical Vision Dental Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) : 1Job Description Summary:The Assistant Director of Project-based Housing will support the Director of Project-based Housing in overseeing designated Project-based Housing sites employees and clients throughout Los Angeles Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop effective trusting relationships with clients using a client-centered approach that includes motivational interviewing and harm clinical consultation to staff working with complex clinical situations and suggest appropriate clinical coordination and oversight of program operations and program clinical supervision to staff working towards leadership to staff to ensure integration of client care with Property Management and Developer for all Project-based Housing with Brilliant Corners HACLA and LACDA to address policy or client related awareness of funder expectations and respond to funders with appropriate communication and coordination of Program Management staff in recruitment selection training supervision and evaluation of direct service partnership with the Director of Project-based Housing provide leadership and supervision to housing department Project-based Housing Program that data is being entered into the DHS database (CHAMP) and LAHSA database (HMIS) in a timely manner. Ensure data accuracy for reporting requirements that staff are providing appropriate level of service and that progress notes are being completed in a timely documentation for housing applications (HACoLA HACLA and Brilliant Corners).Ensure intake and psychosocial assessment are completed for all referrals within timeline listed in DHS ICMS work that goal plans are being updated in and support leadership of case conference staff meetings trainings and client confidentiality at all times and ensure to follow agency state and HIPAA direct support with client crisis intervention including writing 51/50 applications when up on client grievances working towards appropriate resolution for clients and Quality Assurance death and dying debriefing with staff when adherence to policies and Description Qualifications:Masters degree in mental health field (Social Work MFT or Psychology).Active clinical License and good standing with California Board of Behavioral Sciences for over 2 experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction model with Members who have multiple knowledge of local and federal government benefits and detail oriented with excellent time management organizational written verbal and cross-cultural communication literate; able to effectively use computerized database for client file management with basic skills in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel interpersonal collaboration and team building to work as part of a multidisciplinary for working with the population Description Work Environment:Field (may need to travel) and indoor office environmentRegularly required to sit stand bend; occasionally lift or carry up to 35 occasion walk or drive to different local necessitate working in busy and loud be exposed to elements like cold heat dust noise and need to bend stoop twist and sit throughout the day.
