Location: The Learning Experience Columbia Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 - 5:00 or 9:00 AM6:00 PM (full availability required) Pay: Starting at $15 - $16 per hour based on experience

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact during their earliest years Were looking for caring dependable and enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to support our classrooms ranging from Infants through Preschool.
As an Assistant Teacher youll work alongside Lead Teachers to create a safe engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn explore and build confidence. Whether youre comforting an infant encouraging a toddlers curiosity or helping preschoolers prepare for their next steps youll play an important role in each childs growth and development.
What Youll Do
Support Lead Teachers in implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
Help maintain a safe clean organized and welcoming classroom environment
Assist with daily routines including meals diapering toileting and transitions
Encourage positive social emotional and developmental growth
Build strong relationships with children families and fellow team members
Observe and share developmental milestones and classroom observations
Foster a positive collaborative atmosphere throughout the center
What Were Looking For
Experience working with young children is preferred but not required
A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work M-F 9:00 AM6:00 PM required
Early Childhood Education coursework or related education is a plus
Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) the free 15-hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification before orientation
Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification
