Qualifications:

• Show evidence of skill-set associated with student-athlete and program development.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with student-athletes staff and community.
• Has previous successful coaching experience intrack or cross country.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current Michigan High School Athletic Association policy.
