Assistant Coordinator, Security

Baylor College of Medicine is located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. Baylor security has the huge responsibility to keep Baylor employees visitors research and Baylor property safe and secure. Baylor security is searching for an Assistant Coordinator Security who works well with our security team in a fast-paced this position youll protect the staff patients visitors and assets of the College.

• Checks ID of individuals entering Baylor facilities to insure authorized entry.
• Verifies intent of those requesting entry to prevent unauthorized access.
• Issues temporary ID to visitors and directs them to proper destination.
• Enforce Baylor policies within their area.
• Assists VIPs as appropriate.
• Escorts Baylor Staff Faculty Students and others as necessary.
• Patrols Baylor facilities.
• Checks doors and locks to ensure area is secure.
• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED.
• No experience required.

• Previous experience working in security.
