Our 24/7 Convenience Store & Gas Station is seeking a dependable motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Previous convenience store and/or gas station experience required.
• Open availability is required including days evenings overnight shifts weekends and holidays as our store operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
• Friendly outgoing and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with New York Lottery is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the daily operations of the store.
• Supervising coaching and supporting team members.
• Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example.
• Assisting with store ordering and inventory management.
• Helping implement and support loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Maintaining merchandising cleanliness and company standards.
• Helping ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
