Job Summary: | The Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine has multiple openings for short-term part-time (0.025 FTE) Assistant Clinical Professor positions. Nature of Work The Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine has multiple openings for Assistant Clinical Professors. The candidate may be a resident in training in Emergency Medicine at Denver Health and Hospitals Authority (DHHA) who has completed three years of their residency program. The Assistant Clinical Professor duties will include providing clinical care surge MICU shifts in the Department of Medicine Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care. The division is not guaranteeing any number of shifts; MICU shifts are on as an-needed basis and may be scheduled during the day overnight holiday and weekends. Shift names pay duties and hours are subject to change and will be communicated in advance. Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Must possess MD/DO and are currently enrolled in residency training in Emergency Medicine at Denver Health and Hospitals Authority (DHHA) and has completed three years of their residency training program. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range for this position has been established as: Day Shifts (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM): $125 per hour Night Shifts (5:00 PM - 6:00 AM): $144 per hour Holiday (Day) and Weekend (Day) Shifts (6:00 AM 5:00 PM): $144 per hour Cost of benefits will be subtracted from the total shift pay The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. |
