  1. Support and help implement the Head Coachs vision for the Cheerprogram.
  2. Provide positive leadership for all levels of Cheer.
  3. Communicate with all stake holders of program.
  4. Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success.
  5. Commitment to all around success of Waterloo East.
