Assistant Branch ManagerWe are seeking an experienced branch sales and operations professional to support our leadership team at our East Providence Branch. This position will directly supervise coach and mentor the Retail Flex Bankers staff. Responsibilities:Assure that bank policies and procedures are adhered to and followedCoordinate work schedulesManage and supervise cash/currency handling and controls as well as security and audit functionsMentor and coach employees in their assigned accountabilities including cross training all staff to be proficient in all operations and sales functionsIn collaboration with key staff conduct staff meetings prepare and issue performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions when appropriateService customers both in a teller and banker capacity including account maintenance lending opening and maintenance of deposit accounts cross selling and referralsRequirements:Previous branch banking experience3to 5 years of previous supervisory experienceStrong customer service and salesskillsAbility to coach and mentor to sales initiativesFlexibility with work ScheduleCompensation: A goodfaith reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $28.50 - $31.50 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience skills training certifications and base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package.
