From elegant weddings overlooking the water to corporate galas holiday celebrations and exclusive private events youll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for hundreds of guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality creativity and hospitality.

• Partner with the Executive Banquet Chef to execute flawless events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.

• Lead and inspire banquet cooks and culinary team members creating a positive professional and team-oriented kitchen culture.

• Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the quality and presentation expected of a luxury resort.

• Assist with menu preparation production planning scheduling and event execution.

• Maintain exceptional food safety sanitation and organization standards.

• Manage inventory minimize waste and help control food costs.

• Collaborate with the banquet restaurant and events teams to create memorable guest experiences.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef Assistant Banquet Chef or strong line chef ready to advance.

• Experience producing high-volume banquet or catering events.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Calm under pressure with outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

• Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.

• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

• Culinary degree is a plus but proven experience and talent are equally valued.
