Are you passionate about baking leadership and delivering great customer experiences As an Assistant Bakery Manager youll partner with the Bakery Manager to lead a high-performing Bakery Department supporting daily operations driving production goals and ensuring a clean organized and customer-focused environment.
In this role youll help oversee product quality merchandising and inventory while ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. Youll play a hands-on role in production and stocking while also guiding and supporting a team to meet sales service and operational expectations. As a leader youll set the tone for the department by providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Experience in retail food service or bakery environments (leadership or supervisory experience preferred)
- A hands-on approach to production merchandising and daily operations
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality freshness and food safety
- Ability to lead coach and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- A passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- You take pride in the work you do whether big or small.
