Job Summary

Job Title: Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist

Salary: $60000-$70000/annually

Reports to: Dean School of Nursing

The anticipated start date is late July 2026.

The School of Nursing at Notre Dame of Maryland University seeks an Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support assessment accreditation competency-based education and student success initiatives across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.

Reporting to the Director of the Center for Outcomes Measurement Practice Assessment and Student Success (COMPASS) this position plays a key role in developing and maintaining assessment data systems generating dashboards and reports and supporting data-informed decision-making. The specialist will collaborate with faculty and administrators to collect analyze and communicate student learning program outcome and accreditation data that support continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the implementation of innovative assessment and analytics systems designed to enhance student success monitor competency development and support accreditation reporting.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree in data analytics information systems education nursing public health statistics or a related field.
  • Experience managing and analyzing data in higher education healthcare assessment institutional research or a related setting.
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database management systems.

Preferred

  • Experience with assessment management systems learning management systems or accreditation reporting.
  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with competency-based education student success initiatives or nursing education assessment.
