WORK TYPE: Part-Time Onsite
WORK HOURS: Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm
LOCATION DETAILS: Trenton NJ
COMPENSATION: The pay rate for this position is $15.92/hour.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Varsity Brands/OneBeat Dance Brands is hiring a motivated dependable team member to join our Awards Production Team! This is a part-time hands-on on-site position responsible for assembling award products with precision ensuring quality standards are met and supporting a smooth production process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assemble trophies plaques and award products as part of a collaborative production team
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
- Package and prepare finished awards for pickup and shipment
- Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow during our busy season
- All other duties assigned by the Awards Production team
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

The physical demands that are described as required are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist and must be able to climb a ladder occasionally. Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen.
