This position follows a Thursday Saturday 5:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule giving you full-time hours in three days and four consecutive days off to recharge spend time with family or pursue what matters most to you.

About the Role
The Assembly Team Lead is the heartbeat of the shift. Youre not a supervisor watching from the sidelines youre on the floor hands-on keeping the team moving solving problems in real time and making sure every operator has what they need to do great work. Youll lead Assembly and Rework operations while filling in where needed developing new employees and being the first line of support before escalating to the Shift Supervisor or Engineering.

What Youll Do
- Serve as a working lead actively participating alongside your team not just overseeing it
- Coordinate and prioritize daily workflow for Assembly and Rework operations
- Ensure 100% training compliance for your shift including onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Provide real-time coaching feedback and troubleshooting support to team members
- Capture document and drive resolution of production issues in partnership with Engineering and Quality
- Champion 6S standards and safety practices across production workspaces
- Partner with process owners on continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide performance feedback on team members to the Shift Supervisor
- Cover Shift Supervisor responsibilities as needed in their absence
What You Bring
- 12 years of electronics manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on training
- Solid soldering skills ideally strong enough to perform and train sophisticated solder work
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality documentation
- Basic math skills and ability to read performance data
- Strong communication skills you can coach escalate and collaborate with equal ease
- Passing scores required on IPC Component Identification and IPC Workmanship Standards courses (in-house training provided)
- Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-controlled facility (U.S. Person status required)

Electronics manufacturing facility. Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to moving parts fumes or airborne particles. PPE enforced where required. This is a fully on-site role attendance is essential.
