We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Dover NH team. You will assemble components for carbon filters and will operate equipment used for assembly and packaging. This role requires following detailed SOP instructions and performing assigned tasks to meet quality and production standards.

You will:

• Assemble filter components including gluing and crimping end caps sonic welding attaching gaskets and inserting pleating.
• Operate assembly equipment to support production and finishing processes.
• Inspect materials and products such as media end caps shrink film and cartons; report quality concerns.
• Shrinkwrap label and package individual filters; pack finished units into cartons with correct lot and quantity information.
• Record production data accurately and follow all SOP quality and safety procedures.
• Assemble and test subassemblies using BOMs work instructions and company processes.
• Maintain work standards including meeting production goals supporting coworkers keeping a clean work area and standing for the full shift

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting productivity standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and departments
• Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Physical requirements are standing walking twisting at the waist lifting and lowering weights up to 50 pounds
• Safety shoes are required on the production floor

Compensation:

• The hourly pay for this role is $18.50 $20.50/hour DOE. Third shift has a shift differential of 10%. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills and experience.

Shift:

• 1st shift: 6:30am 2:30pm (Monday Friday)
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm 6:30am (Sunday Thursday)
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
