Description

The annual base salary range for this position is <$55000 - $68500>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.


In this role you will impact the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process supporting Honeywells commitment to delivering reliable and innovative solutions to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform assembly of mechanical and electromechanical components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Identify and resolve assembly issues collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.


Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly techniques tools and equipment used in mechanical and electromechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Experience with quality inspection and testing procedures to maintain product standards.
WE VALUE
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in assembly roles within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
