Assembler

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling components according to specifications maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced assembly of components and products.
• Follow written instructions diagrams charts photographs and other production documentation.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure a consistent workflow and prevent assembly delays.
• Conduct inventory counts at the completion of production schedules.
• Complete all production records accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain wiring equipment tools and work areas to support quality production and workplace safety.
• Consistently meet established production goals and deadlines.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Area Leader or Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing knowledge and general assembly experience preferred.
• Assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong eye-hand coordination and ability to work with small parts.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and understand instructions diagrams charts and technical documents.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Flexible dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
