Assembler-Welder 1st shift

We are currently hiring for Assembly Operator/MIG Welder 1st shift

As anAssembly Operator/ MIG Welderat Regal Rexnord Cleveland you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications.

Starting pay range of $16.00-$18.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
• Inspect welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Non-Essential Functions:

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Prior MIG welding experience required
• Experience with mechanical part assembly is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: Entry Level Position.

Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.

Specialized Knowledge Licenses etc: Read and interpret blueprints.

Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices including tape measure micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment.

Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.
