About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented team-driven Assembler for our Milwaukie Kitchen. The Assembler is responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality food products in a high-volume USDA-inspected production kitchen environment following company specifications food safety guidelines USDA regulations and Grant of Inspection compliance requirements. This role supports daily kitchen operations by maintaining consistency efficiency and quality while contributing to a clean safe and collaborative workplace.

What Youll Do

• Assemble food items including sandwiches salads burritos and catering trays according to production specifications and quality standards
• Meet daily production goals and complete assigned tasks within established timelines
• Maintain clean organized and food-safe workstations in compliance with sanitation and safety policies
• Follow company recipes and production procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Monitor food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage temperatures
• Complete required production paperwork temperature records and daily cleaning/task lists accurately
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth workflow and efficient operations
• Participate in required training certifications and continuous learning opportunities
• Adhere to all USDA facility regulations Grant of Inspection protocols and compliance standards applicable to this production environment

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic food service or kitchen experience preferred; 6 months in a food service or production kitchen a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability accountability and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 30 lbs. consistently and work in refrigerated environments
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
