Job Description:
We are seeking anAssemblerItobe responsible forassembling parts and components according toour manufacturing operating procedures. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environmentandpossessexcellent attention to detail.
Whatyoulldo:
Primary Responsibilities:
Use hand and/or power tools (such as wire stripper crimper drills soldering station) to assemble and/or package a complete product from scratch or sub-assemblies
Acknowledge and communicate product rejects/non-conforming items toproduction leads to resolve
Receive andmaintaincertified trained status for updated revisions in all relevantProductionLines and their individual stations
Document production activities accurately and promptly
Report any issues or defects to theproduction lead/supervisorimmediately
Follow all safety guidelines and wearappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities as needed
Work schedule may include shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands
Consistentlymaintainsa clean and organized work environment
Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/EducationRequired:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previousexperience in assembly or manufacturing
Must be able to readunderstandand follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English as well as verbal instructions to complete assignmentsin a timely manner
Must have a strong work ethic able to take directions and willing to ask questions when clarity is needed
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand walk and work with hands for extended periods.
Ability to plan track & complete assignmentsin a timely manner
Ability to lift 50 lbs withassistance
Desired:
1 year manufacturing/assembly experience
Experience with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
This is a contract/contingent role. The pay rate for this engagement is $18.00 $20.00 per hour. Compensation for this role is paid by an authorized third-party staffing agency who will serve as the employer of record for this engagement. Hydrafacial compensation and benefits programs including health insurance 401(k) and paid time off do not apply to this role. Benefits eligibility if any is determined by the employer of record.
