Job Summary
Join the team building the trailers that keep Americas freight moving. As an Assembler I youll play a hands-on role across the trailer manufacturing process using hand and power tools to prepare materials assemble components install parts and help bring finished trailers to life. Youll work from blueprints and quality standards to build products you can be proud of all while working safely and keeping production on track. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
PRIMARY PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate hand and power tools required for the job including drills hammers needle guns caulk guns chisels utility knives disk sanders rivet guns impact wrenches Huck guns routers grinders and tape measures

Position and fasten parts using bolts screws rivets and other fasteners. Assemble components and subassemblies including brake hoses light boxes axles air brake systems nose boxes wiring harnesses tire and rim assemblies doors and walls. Drill through aluminum steel and wood as required.

Prepare metal surfaces and clean trailer components using approved solvents.

Apply caulk to required trailer seams and joints.

Measure and lay out materials and components according to blueprints and specifications.
