Assembler DaySwing 19.50-21.50

Employnet is seeking an Assembler to support manufacturing operations by building inspecting and packaging mechanical and electromechanical components used in HVAC control systems. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards meeting production targets and ensuring efficient workflow on the assembly line.

The Assembler works as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment focused on precision safety and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and verify correct parts for production orders
• Assemble sub-components and finished products according to work instructions drawings and production specifications
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Package finished products for shipment or next production stage
• Mount and fit mechanical and electronic components as required
• Maintain accurate order tracking labeling and basic production documentation
• Perform basic computer tasks (order printing label creation confirmations)
• Keep work areas clean organized and safe
• Support shipping and material flow when needed
• Follow standardized work processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• 1yr of long-term consecutive work history
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed instructions blueprints and work orders
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment

• Experience in manufacturing or production line work
• Familiarity with basic tools and testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic computer skills (labeling systems order tracking)
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
