About the Role: The Assembler is responsible for the assembly testing and integration of automated medication dispensing equipment. This role involves working with mechanical and electrical components while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Essential Functions:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
Follow work instructions drawings and SOPs
Perform testing troubleshooting and diagnostics
Record results in computer systems
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Report issues related to materials processes or equipment
Support Lean/5S initiatives
Maintain a safe organized work area
Complete production documentation
Support installations (1020% travel)
Competencies:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read technical instructions
Basic computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and in teams
Effective communication skills
Education and Experience:
13 years manufacturing or assembly experience
Electromechanical or medical device experience
Familiarity with Lean or 5S
Experience with electrical testing tools
