The primary functions of the position are to ensure the assembly of various parts to Duro Dyne specifications.

Job Duties

1. Ensure the hand assembly of a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.

1. Ensure the packaging of small kits and parts.

1. Knowledgeable in the operation of JDS/JD assembly machine Riveter Bracket Machine and small presses.

1. Ensure the inspection of material as it is being fabricated.
2. Maintain and record daily production and production quotas.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements Essential

• Good hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to handle small hand tools.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs. routinely.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours

Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $17.00-$19.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
