Eatons ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Assembler (2nd Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.26 5% shift differential per hour.

HOURS: 2:30PM - 10:30PM (Mandatory Saturday overtime required as needed; hours may exceed standard schedule)

What youll do:
Follow all safety policies and procedures wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and perform all tasks in compliance with Eaton quality standards and systems.
Assemble small and large components to create subassemblies or completed assemblies using hand tools air tools rivet guns robots and subassembly machines. Build products according to drawings routings and work instructions.
Perform quality checks in alignment with inspection plans to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
Replenish and manage parts inventory at assembly stations to maintain proper material flow.
Read interpret and retain catalog styles drawings and work instructions to determine correct assembly procedures component types and configuration.
Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean safe and orderly condition and support 5S standards.
Collaborate in a teambased environment crosstrain across all assembly lines and assist in training new employees as needed.
Work overtime as required to meet production and business needs.
Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and safely perform team lifts for heavier items.
Stand and walk throughout the shift to perform assigned tasks.
Operate assembly machinery and tools with a working knowledge of proper use and safety.
Applicants should be comfortable completing repetitive tasks as part of daily responsibilities
