Assembler 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift

Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing agency is looking to fill Assembler with a Manufacturingcompany located in Phoenix AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils fluid coolers and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Job Title: Assembler
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday1:30PM-10:00PM and 10:00PM-6:00AM(Mandatory overtime as needed)
Location: Phoenix Arizona
This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble products or components following work instructions and safety protocols.

• Perform tasks such as sorting packaging labeling trimming or pasting manually or with machinery.

• Conduct basic equipment adjustments routine maintenance and cleaning.

Assembler Requirements:

• Experience working at a workbench or conveyor line.

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly operations efficiently.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of assembly experience.

• Must be able to pass a tape measure test.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
