JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assembler II builds tests and integrates mechanical and electrical subassemblies into InspectRx2 machines.
This position supports multiple subassembly stations and four integration stations while ensuring quality safety and production standards are met.

Responsibilities

Build and test subassemblies following Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs).
Integrate subassemblies into machine frames.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
Build modify and install cables and wiring assemblies.
Use hand tools including drills wire strippers crimpers tape measures calipers and torque wrenches.
Perform quality inspections and maintain production documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
13 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
Ability to follow MPIs and work instructions.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
