Asphalt Paving Division- Foreman

What Youll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations
• Supervise crew members to ensure quality productivity and safety
• Communicate with superintendents plant and trucking to maintain efficient production
• Ensure proper paving techniques grades and mat quality are met
• Enforce safety procedures and jobsite best practices
• Train and mentor crew members

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a paving foreman in asphalt operations
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of paving equipment techniques and job sequencing
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage long hours and changing conditions
• Safety-first mindset with a team-oriented attitude
