Job Summary

Overview

Starting Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Thursday through Saturday 10:30pm-8:30am

As an Asleep Overnight Direct Support Staffyoullhelp ensure peace of mind through the night and set the tone for a successful day aheadall whileworkinga schedule that allows for rest during your shift.This isa sleep-designated role with the expectation thatyoullwakeand respond when needed to support residents and ensure safety.

Minimum Education Required

Responsibilities
  • Remain available and responsive during overnight hours as needed
  • Assistwith morning routines (personal care clothing meals and day program preparation)
  • Implement established treatment and support plans
  • Provide transportation to day programs as needed
  • Support a safe clean and structured home environment
  • Respond to and report health behavioral or psychiatric concerns appropriately
  • Complete required documentation including shift notes and behavioral observations
  • Support andparticipatein fire drills and emergency preparedness activities
  • Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary
  • Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid MAP SOLVE HR/DPPC)
  • Attend trainings supervision and team meetings as assigned
  • Ensure individuals are treated with dignity andin accordance withHuman Rights policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform essential job duties reliably and safely
  • Strongjudgmentandcommunicationskills
  • Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
  • High energy teamwork mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and willingness to transport individuals
  • Flexibility to work across programs as needed
  • Sensitivity and commitment to supporting diverse populations strongly preferred
