Job Summary

We areseekingaAshore Enterprise Services Network SupportSpecialistto join our this role you willprovidesupport fortechnical support to the U.S Navys Ashore Enterprise Services (AES) networkinfrastructureensuringsecure reliable and high-performing communications across shore-based roleis responsible forinstalling configuring monitoring trouble shooting andmaintainingnetwork hardware and software while supporting system availability compliance and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit MAC requests

• Initiate/validateeKMservice order requests

• Work with squadron ITPOC personnel toidentify resolve and elevate any NMCI and follow-on systems and networks/ONE-NET or procurement issues

• Lead gathering of information in response to DON/CPF/CNAP/TYPEWING data calls

• Assistwith procurement of required hardware (toner monitors etc.) for squadrons coordinate NMCI and follow-on systems and networks/ONE-NET surge projects like hardware/software tech refreshes

• Aid the deployment process and support TYPE WING unique projects (MILCON projects new squadron start-ups air-frame upgrades new Program of Record system deliveries).

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Active Secret clearance

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Computer Engineering Cyber Security or an equivalent bachelors degree from an accredited college/university

• CCNA SecurityCySA GICSP GSEC Security CE or SSCP certification

Desired:

• (5) years of experience working with the following:

• Project Management

• Commander U.S. Pacific Fleet (CPF) Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) procurement process.

• NMCI Enterprise Tools (NET)

• Commander U.S. Pacific Fleet (CPF) Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Networks (ONE-NET) procurement process

• Navy Information Technology Approval Systems (NAV-ITAS) process and procedures.

• Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Multi-Function Device (MFD) procurement and sustainment process and procedures.

• IT Asset Management

• Basic IT asset inoperability and connectivity degradation troubleshooting methods

• Customer Service as well as written oral communications skills.

• Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint).

Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting Standing Near Acuity speaking with
colleagues and customers Listening Sight Use of hands/fingers.
